The ARM DOCTOR program combines the use of the weighted handle, surgical resistance tubing and a series of exercises for a total warm up routine. 

When combined with these 4 Must Do procedures the ARM DOCTOR can help prevent arm injury and soreness.

ARM DOCTOR  Weight Routine 

The weight routine consists of 6 exercises in both a standing and laying position and utilize the weight handle only. This does not require a fence or other freestanding device for attachment.

ARM DOCTOR  Stretching Routine

The stretching routine is performed with the surgical resistance tubing attached via snap to a fence. There are 6 exercises that combine to make up the stretching warm up routine.

REMEMBER the ARM DOCTOR is recommended ONLY for individuals who are physically fit and medically unrestricted. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. If, during or after using the ARM DOCTOR you experience pain or soreness, consult your physician immediately.
